Supervision Our carers are qualified and extensively
trained in all aspects of personal care, dementia care, cultural issues and
safety. Home carers work under supervision of a registered nurse to ensure
high quality of health care services at all times. Privacy
We maintain your privacy and
confidentiality at all times and according to privacy law. Your health care
records are kept secure, strictly private and confidential. We do not
disclose any private information to any third parties without your written
permission. Security
All our people must be checked for police
records and are thoroughly screened through other means. Where appropriate
staff are required to hold working with children permit and a current drivers
license. All our people have been issued with an identity card stating their
full name, their role and level of authority. Comments and Complaints Please contact us any time with your feedback about the service. We appreciate your comments and complaints.
